I’m on the road right now and have no idea what happened last week or what will happen tomorrow. Hi Everyone! I’m good with helpers – Gail, Hank, Pam, Joe and myself. Looks like we’ll have a pleasant day for a run! Answer the roll call so that I know you’ll be there.
Jim will hate me suggesting this ‘alternate’ course around Breakheart, but when i can’t fathom the hills I run only on the flatter side, out past the beach a mile and half, then turn around and run it in the other direction. You can stay on course, stick with mileage, and get the support.
